Practice Area: Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Law

Mr Ilahi practices in all areas of immigration, Asylum and Nationality Law, with specialisation in
advising and representing individuals in appeals and bail applications before First-Tier Tribunal and
Upper Tribunal. He also represent claimants in judicial review proceedings challenging the decisions of
public authorities relating to immigration matters. Nature of work includes:
- Representation before First-Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal.
- Representation in Judicial Review claims before Upper Tribunal..
- Drafting pleading of all natures including but not limited to; Skeleton Arguments, Statutory
Appeal grounds, Judicial Reviews grounds, opinion and research on law.
- Taking Instructions on matters from business and individual immigration clients on direct access basis.
